Neurolad.com is looking for investors that would allow it to develop and to
market its technology of natural language processing (NLP).
These investors could be companies working in the same area, wanting to
complete their range of product. But they could be also be companies from other
spheres of activity or business angels, who believes that this technology
will have a key position in the forthcoming years.
The objective of Neurolad.com is to spread its NLP technology in personal computers, WEB sites, mobiles phones, cars and domestic robots.
Neurolad.com is well placed to achieve this challenge for it is the one today to demonstrate a tool which is multilingual and able to learn, to reason and to use the Internet to find information.
But in the meanwhile, Neurolad.com is proposing, from now on, to adapt its products to the information systems of its customers. This activity will allow it to finance a part of the R&D works around its technology.

Neurolad.com is currently a company with limited means. Nevertheless, the tasks necessary to reach our objective are numerous, particularly concerning software development.
To address that, we have decided to request voluntary contributions till the company has enough income to increase its manpower.
Of course, this implies that people willing to help us will have a great interest in our project and in Natural Language Processing. It also implies a flexible organization allowing for irregular and unequal contributions. Finally, it demands a great deal of discipline from the contributors.
In addition, a system of shares will be set up which will reward people according to their contributions. However, these shares won't have any value till the company is quoted. People willing to help us must not do it for this reason, but because they enjoy it. (That being said, our objective is to have Neurolad.com quoted within a few years.)
